Valued Sandhill Customer,
We are in the process of improving the security and resiliency of our email offering by establishing new secured settings for our customers who use email software like Outlook or Apple mail to access their shtc.net email account.
This has no effect on the webmail system.
To take advantage of the improved settings in your email software (like Windows Live Mail, or Apple Mail), we need you to make some changes to your email clients (such as Outlook, Apple Mail etc.)
Please take the time to review the settings on your devices and update your incoming and outgoing server names as follows:
· Incoming Server (POP/IMAP): mail.shtc.net
· Outgoing Server (SMTP): smtp.shtc.net
