Covers the repair or replacement of equipment and wiring used to transmit IPTV signal due to equipment failure or normal wear and tear. Video Maintenance includes Modem Maintenance and is $5.00 per month.

Modem Maintenance covers repair or replacement of any DSL modem that malfunctions due to equipment failure or normal wear and tear. With DSL Modem Maintenance there is no charge for the service call, equipment repair or replacement.
